Andrew Starr and Associates Heritage Consultants was established in 1998. Andrew Starr the principal Consultant has extensive experience in the heritage of New South Wales. The work of the firm concentrates on the Greater Sydney Area. However experience of the firm extends to rural NSW.
Andrew Starr is a graduate Masters Student of USYD and is a PhD candidate at UNSW. He is the co-author of Paddington Stories a social history of Paddington with Janet Morice.
